Cannot '@' mention people in comments/issue text

Jira has the ability to @ other users in comments/text, this is very useful for alerting somebody that they should action something or be aware of something.

Version 2.4.0 of the extension added the ability to mention users in comments. Please try it out and reopen this issue (or open a new one) if you notice any problems.
