Improve configuration with bamboo specs

Currently the configuration attribute confDeployJar contains the artifactId and taskId from the artifact downloader task (example value of confDeployJar:"v2:3768405:2:0:My Plugin - OBR")

It is not possible to generate the id information within a bamboo spec, because both IDs depend on information from the bamboo server.
