Default approver list for the pull request

It is a great plugin and it will be even better if there is a way to default the list of reviewer when creating pull request from it.

The problem here is we have a team of 10 developer. And from time to time we have to enter the name one by one from the bitbucket webpage which is time consuming.

We currently use a script that call REST api to do that..... but ideally won't want to leave the IDE to do just that.

So this task looks similar to #37, and for now I can't do much unfortunately.

Long story short, the current "Create PR" action does nothing more than just opening a link in the browser, and reviewers can't be set via the URL. So at the moment it is not possible to do what you describe.

However, there's a default reviewers feature in both Bitbucket Cloud and Bitbucket Server. Maybe it can cover your needs for now?
