Data storage and Security Disclosure

Once you've authenticated your SurveyMonkey account with us, we store your access token in a redis database on our add-on's Heroku server. Connection to our redis instance from our server is secured using an stunnel as outlined here.

We don't store any responses to your survey.

Account removal and data retention

If you wish to close an account with us, simply uninstall your add-on from your room and we'll remove all associated data. If you wish to revoke the SurveyMonkey token that was granted to the add-on, follow the instructions here.

Privacy

The data collected during the use of this add-on will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
