YouTube control from vidgrind UI

This is a sub issue of issue #105

After we’ve got authorisation (issue #106) and broadcast-stream (issue #107) functionality, we’ll need some level of control over YouTube stream scheduling from the vidgrind UI. Initially this could be a manual “schedule” button from the vidgrind UI that would have vidgrind use the YouTube API to schedule a stream. Later we can develop this to “couple” with a camera an dbe automated based on power crons for cameras.
