broadcast.go: permalink broken

this change has broken the permalink feature https://bitbucket.org/ausocean/vidgrind/pull-requests/190 instead of having a consistent link that will always point to the livestream, the link is now being updated with the date included i.e. it is not consistent. The new link should not be saved with the date appended.

broadcast.go: get rid of date in save link function so that stored link key i.e. permalink remains constant
