create monitor page

Netreceiver has a “monitor” page where we can see all devices statuses and sensor values for a given site. It would be nice if we could have a similar page on vidgrind. Now that we have the go sensor entity type implemented this should be more doable. Initially this could be a straight port of what we have on netreceiver, however, maintaining the current styling of the vidgrind ui is preferred.
