Display sensors for viewing/modification on devices page.

Let’s continue to port features from netreceiver to vidgrind. Now that we have the Sensor entity type implemented, we can display the sensors for viewing and/or modification for each device on the devices page. It’s proposed that they will be displayed after the variables list currently displayed. We’ll try to go with the same styling.
