broadcast.go & t/broadcast.html: add checkerbox to toggle temperature reporting

Temperature reporting in broadcasts chats is currently invariable. So, if we’re getting a buggy signal from the sensor the feature will be reporting bogus values to the chat. We should probably have an option to turn this off in the case of a malfunction with the sensor.
