broadcast: don't show "secondary" broadcasts in broadcast configuration list

These are for vidforward broadcasting purposes only and there’s no reason for the user to see them. We should stop them from being listed. Perhaps we can add a “show secondary configuration” checkbox that defaults to unchecked so that we can, if the user so chooses to see them they can click this.
