Went to a proceedural village to trade for gems with the village Warden, a jeweller. Their inventory had no gems. Went to the Stiltgrounds and no merchants there had wares either. Tam, village apothecaries/tinkers, and Yurl were restocking as usual. Think it might be restricted to Merchants' Guild shopkeepers?
