Merchants not restocking and their inventories are almost nothing

Opened up the game today and suddenly found that most merchants stopped restocking their items, plus most of their inventories seemed to be gone, such as Argyve who only sold a basic toolkit and an Ezra Recoiler, or an Ichor Merchant in the six day stilt who sold nothing at all. The only merchants who seem to be uneffected by this are Dromad merchants, Consortium of Phyta, and the Barathrumites, while every single merchant in the stilt suddenly has nothing to sell. I was playing this game yesterday and this issue was not happening. On the image provided you can see in the side bar that while Tillifergaewicz restocked her inventory upon entering the lower level of Yd Freehold, Bep did not.
