Turbow penetration is not working/displaying correctly. I have +6 strength and it is showing 10PV for any and every arrow, but this is wrong because wood arrows will still fail to penetrate 7AV enemies.

Wanted to comment to make sure the bug here was explicitly described – I tested with debug pen rolls and powered Turbow does not get the +4PV it claims to provide. Its PV is functionally identical to the Compound Bow, although both do properly allow for strength over the pen cap to apply to multi-pen damage rolls.
