Skulk Injector permanently turned my Freezing Ray hands into icy claws

I used a skulk injector to dig through a wall, and later noticed that although I lost the Dig ability, I could still do fixed damage to walls. I recall getting the expiration message on the world map if that had anything to do with it.

The save attached in #11994 is of the character this happened to.
