Collect liquid from pool says "nowhere available to collect that" when it really means no designated safe containers

This goes in tandem with my suggestion at #10279, but this is more of a bug as it misleads the player. When a player attempts to collect liquid from a liquid pool that isn’t read as safe for any of their containers by the game, the message given is You have nowhere available to collect that, which is not necessarily true. An example of this occurring is having items with LiquidVolumes that have the Metal part and trying to pick up lava, as the lava will not damage or alight the metal item, even though it’s not a default container for storing lava (nor should it be). It would preferably display something that makes it clear that it’s possible you have containers which can hold the liquid.
