Hmm, tried generating some dozen ruins and saw none in the northwest (0, 0) corner.

Saves’d be especially rad for zone gen issues.

LocationList does not set its center, keeping its default of [0, 0]. An object with the placement hint “Center” would instead be placed as close to the top left corner as possible.
