Sultan statues spawning in northwest corner of map

Hey there, for a while now when I play the game I've noticed sultan statues spawning disproportionately (exclusively?) in the top left/northwestern-most tiles of the map.

sorry, should’ve attached that when i made the issue - it’s a save and you should be standing right next to an offending statue

LocationList does not set its center, keeping its default of [0, 0]. An object with the placement hint “Center” would instead be placed as close to the top left corner as possible.
