<Paperbell> Cloaca Surprise while having 2 heads and a natural equipment causes that natural equipment to be copied. If there is no place for it to go, like Stinger with only 1 tail slot or Carapace with only 1 body slot, it will go to your hands as if you used auto-equip. I haven't tested with other extra limb mutations, but it doesn't happen without 2 heads.
