<Zephyr, Legendary Glowcrow> I love playing with heightened hearing, but not being able to Wait Until Healed, because there is a Qudzu blowing in the wind in the next post code is definitely annoying. It also leads to untimely deaths as I have to keep hitting the wait key and I end up not seeing a tough enemy approaching and attacking because my eyes have kinda glazed over from hitting "Wait" 35 times.

I have this same kind of problem with Clairvoyance and the Night-Sight Interpolators. I think a nice solution would be the ability to selectively ignore mobs for the purposes of resting and autoexploring.

also, can i make a suggestion? the penetrating radar gets annoying with how you can't shortcut to stairs/autoexplore because there's a worm on the other side of a wall

A toggle for heightened hearing, or an option to ignore less threatening enemies would be highly appreciated. The latest report related to this issue I was able to find is https://bitbucket.org/bbucklew/cavesofqud-public-issue-tracker/issues/732/feature-request-relax-alerts-on-heightened
which was a while ago.
