Extend the user explanation in the "PDF Bookmark Wizard"

Currently, the "PDF Bookmark Wizard" may lack some clear, unambiguous explanation on its functioning, which may especially be felt by new users.

Hence suggestion to add a few lines of explanation, either on a dedicated web page, or within the tool itself (which my be preferable) E.g. when the cursor hoovers over a field, a line with e concise description may be displayed (and disappear again when the cursor moves on)
