SSL Error when trying to fetch SSL Feed

I'm running Python 2.7.9 (and OpenSSL 1.0.1k) w/ Deluge 1.3.11 and yarss2 1.4.3.

When I add a particular SSL feed and then go to add a subscription, no data is retrieved even with a wildcard match like .* and error label contains <urlopen error [Errno 1]_ssl.c:510 error:14077438:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert internal error> and I am unable to use this feed at all
