Issue #46 invalid

Unable to download any version of YaRSS2 when using a VPN [NordVPN, end point in the USA] as the Amazon server(s) appear to have blocked access: "Unable to connect to bbuseruploads.s3.amazonaws.com"

I'm not expecting you guys to solve that issue, but I thought it was worth having a record of so someone else doesn't misidentify the issue.
