Sort subscriptions, RSS feed combobox, and RSS feeds alphabetically by default

All of these seem to be randomly sorted which makes it really hard to find what I'm looking for.

Subscriptions and RSS feeds have a workaround where I can click the name column to sort by it, but there is no way to do this for the combobox.
