Branch structure

The Berkeley UPC translator is not under active development.
Note the Berkeley UPC runtime supports three other translators, as described here.

Existing branches:

Branch	Update Frequency	Description
develop	As needed	Hot-fix development, target for all pull requests
master	As needed	Official releases, thoroughly tested and hosted on upc.lbl.gov (complete archive)

All branches strictly follow a linear git history discipline.
