TISS (aerobic and anaerobic)

Can probably add these two metrics just as we have the TRIMP. No PMC based on them for the time being but would allow to judge usefulness in expreval then (computing TISS with expreval for more than one activity is complicated).

    • formulas taken from GoldenCheetah source code
    • is it correct though? ratio dTISS=aTISS/(aTISS+anTISS) is >=99.9% for the run activities tested
