Fault seems to be on Strava/IFTTT side, but we could at least call import_after on any IFTTT import to include trainer rides between last activity and current one

checking read/write access + calling import_after when done importing activity with IFTTT (makes sure actual activity is imported but if time remains any in-between will be as well, see ~~#140~~)
