Enter rewind from live TV by just pressing REW

prl created an issue

Currently rewind can only be entered from live TV by performing another action that enters timeshift first (e.g. PAUSE, REW).

It would be more in line with skip actions if REW alone entered timeshift mode and started rewind with a single button press.

    Add keymap entry for KEY_REWIND to context InfobarTimeshiftActivateActions in keycap.xml.

    Add "rewind" action to InfoBarTimeshift.activateTimeshift() and the mechanics for calling it on press of REW from live TV to the InfoBarTimeshift action map.
