[PiPSetup] Skin text box too small, and text missing some information

In the PiPSetup screen, the text box for the "text" skin widget are slightly too small for the text (descenders are cut off the bottom line). Both standard skins (easy-skin-aus-hd and Full-Metal-Wizard) have this problem. The OverlayHD skin does not.

The help text also fails to mention the function of the number buttons 1-9 (move the PiP box to a location corresponding to the number's position on the remote (e.g. '9' for lower right).

None of the skins have enough room in the text box for the extra information about buttons 1-9 and would need extra space for that.

Added text to describe actions for number buttons 1-9.

Corrected some text.

Used string literal concatenation to make the text easier to read.

Needs corresponding pull requests in easy-skin-aus-hd and skin-full-metal-wizard.
