[SkinSelector] Preview icons do not have aspect ratios preserved

In the skin selector screen (MENU>Setup>AV setup>Skin setup) and the T4 front panel skin selector screen (MENU>Setup>System>Front panel skin setup) the aspect ratio of the skin preview image is not preserved and is often stretched either horizontally of vertically.

This is most obvious in the previews for the easy-skin-aus-hd and OverlayHD GUI skins and in the front panel skin <Default with Picon>.

Fix bug #543: [SkinSelector] Preview icons do not have aspect ratios preserved

Change the aspect ratio for previews in the Skin Selector screen (UI skins and T4 front panel skins) from "stretch to fill" to "1:1".
