Inconvenient menu selection when doing tuner setup

When configuring the tuners in the setup wizard, when you select and change the Location, and then press OK, it goes to the next tuner, but Enable 5V is now selected. This is a bit annoying, since I need to select the Location on each tuner (and don't need to change anything else).
This problem would be removed if issue #16 (see related issues) were implemented.
Reproduction steps
Part of the normal setup wizard sequence, but to see the problem, you need to highlight the Location item in the screen.
