TV-OUT doesn't work correctly when Automatic resolution is enabled

TV-OUT doesn't work properly on the U4 if MENU>Setup>AV setup>AV settings>Automatic resolution is enabled.

Replication

In MENU>Setup>AV setup>AV settings>, enable Automatic resolution and set all "Show ... as" settings to the same resolution (and as far as possible, the same p/i setting and frame rate).

Then try to use TV-OUT to change the screen resolution: at each press of TV-OUT that changes the resolution, the resolution changes to what was requested by TV-OUT, and then a short time later, the resolution is reset to the setting for the input resolution in the list under Automatic resolution.

It looks like TV-OUT needs to disable Automatic resolution if it changes the output resolution.
