Plugin only works with german google scholar

The plugin only works on pages that end with TLD "de". BibSonomy links you to "scholar.google.com", which then forces me to manually navigate to the corresponding "scholar.google.de" page. If possible, the plugin should be independent of the TLD, i.e. work on all variants of google scholar.

This is fixed in the development version. Need to check whether it works in the published version as well.
