BibSonomy "Time Machine"

I think it would be a nice feature to provide something like a "time machine" in BibSonomy. Basically, it's a small recommender to invite users to read a document from their past, maybe related to the currently viewed document or more generally, a document tagged with e.g. "toread". This could also improve self-retrieval quotas.

Also, this could maybe be used like "Have you read this? Describe and rate it now!"
