behavior of "show required fields only" on postPublication broken

The default in the old layout was that in addition to the required fields also all fields were shown that contain some data, even if they are not required (e.g., the misc field). This is helpful and important, because it shows the users the information they are storing. The old behavior should be restored: fields that contain data are always shown.

In addition, the mouse cursor should change from arrow to hand when one hovers over the link.

Another feature of the form fields got lost in the transition to Bootstrap: In the old layout, a triangle showed if other users have entered other data for that field. This triangle (or another icon) should be added again.
