populating form fields on pages with query parameters

Form fields on some (all?) pages can not be populated by providing a URL with query parameters. E.g., I would expect that with the URL http://www.bibsonomy.org/editTags?editTags.delTags=foo the "replace these tag(s)" box is already populated with the tag "foo".

Please implement this propotypically for the editTags page.

Please fix the EditTagsPageViewController, the controller resets the parameters.
