Publication Export format box does not work

Setting the parameter layout='' in the publications CV tag make a select box appear (above the list of publications) where one can select one of several layouts. However the selection is of no consequence.

As far as I can see this is not used within the normal CVs. For now I commented out the rendering that it's not visible for group CVs.

It should work as intended now.

The problem was a missing javascript which seems to be forgotten when moving the page to the new layout.
