scraper for AAAI

The page http://www.aaai.org/ocs/index.php/IAAI/IAAI14/paper/view/8607 can currently not be scraped. I thought we had an AAAI scraper? If not, it should be possible to write one, since the BibTeX can be obtained by simple URL rewriting.
