BioMedCentral's new layout does not work with our scraper

They have updated their layout and now our scraper is broken. Since they provide BibTeX export, it should still be easy to get the BibTeX download URL, which for the above example is

http://citation-needed.services.springer.com/v2/references/10.1186/2041-1480-1-S1-S6?format=bibtex&flavour=citation

So it's possible to just rewrite the URL.

Please fix this ASAP such that it can be included in the next release.
