streamReader::endReached fails if the controlled stream is closed
When the controlled stream is closed then streamReader::endReached should return true, instead it throws StreamClosed

The receiver loop expects 3 commands while the sender sends 4 commands, causing the loop to restart and expect a new CMove when a CCancel is sent.
