The AssociationSCP constructor set the wrong values for DICOM implementation UID and name during the negotiation.

Currently the values are set to “1.1” and “Imebra 1.0” while they should be set to the values IMEBRA_IMPLEMENTATION_CLASS_UID and IMEBRA_IMPLEMENTATION_NAME
