Requirement REQ_VOI_FUNCTION. Imebra must be able to calculate the VOI using one of the 3 defined DICOM functions.

The DICOM standard defines 3 functions that can be used when calculating the VOI:

LINEAR
LINEAR_EXACT
SIGMOID

Imebra must be able to deal with all 3.
