Indexer duplicating bees

Version: ExtraBees-1.4.1.10
A player on our server has an indexer with 2 pages full of bees. We tested it and taking bees out of the indexer seems to create duplicates of other bees. Plus the bee we gets out seems to be random.

#50it doesn't duplicate it just picks out random bees. Please make sure when bug reporting the same bug hasn't already been found before posting an issue.
