Blocked pull requests clog up the Stash inbox

When a reviewer approves a pull request, it is removed from their inbox so they know there is no action to take. We also use the Workzone plug-in that will unapprove a pull request when a change is made so it shows up in the reviewer's inbox again. It would be nice if something similar could be done for blocks. Instead, currently, I will see the review in my inbox and have to click on it to see that I'm waiting for someone to update the change.
