Approving pull request does not unblock

• A user blocks a pull request
• The same user later clicks "Approve"
• The pull request cannot be merged as the user is still blocking
• The icon on the user's avatar is still an x

Can you please attach a screenshot? Normally if Block button is pressed, Approve button should be inactive. To click Approve user will have to unblock the pull request first
