Need to write example of SNAMP deployment on Debian 8:

1. JMX Connector used to monitor GlassFish 4
2. SSH Connector used to execute local bash script
3. SNMP Adapter used to expose management information as SNMP managed nodes (use snmpwalk and snmpget utilities)
4. HTTP Adapter used to expose management information as HTTP resources (use curl and/or wget utilities)
5. Groovy Adapter used to write management information into the file (and read these changes using tail utility)
