Implement Decanter Adapter

Apache Karaf provides very cool feature called Decanter. We can integrate SNAMP with Karaf Decanter via special Decanter Adapter. This adapter provides special set of monitoring data collectors for Decanter:

  1. Event-driven collector for notifications
  2. Polled collector for attributes
