Mikolaj Filar created an issue 2016-04-04

Function:

oC_CLOCK_LLD_ConfigureExternalClock

finds divisors for first possible frequency including allowed delta (now it's 1 MHz). In that way there is a risk that not the closest frequency is set .
New implementation shall fix it.
