FTP server/client

Goal Reason

From the version V.0.17.2.0 the system allows for execution of stand-alone programs, but currently it is not very convenient as every time it has to be copied by manual into the SD/MMC card or the target flash memory. Implementation of FTP can resolve this problem.

General Description

The system has to have a support for FTP in the network protocols (protocols can be found in the directory system/core/<inc or src>/net/protocols/) with an interface for using FTP by both - client and server. The protocol shall be used for implementation of FTP Server service and FTP Client program.
