In the bottom bar of opened nets, "close" button does not work

The image shows the place. Clicking does not have any effect. This happens only when the close button goes beneath the operative system state bar. As you can see in the other image, it is active if over that bar.
PD: Does "size" and "move" buttons do something? I didn't get them to activate.
