Settings not updated when save is clicked

Former user created an issue

When I click on save angle in the clinometer the calculator screen changes but the settings page remains the same.

    • fix setting of angle in the settings screen from the save angle button on clinometer: close bug #1
    • don't let the compass go any further than 90 degrees
    • center the settings form for iPhone 4(s)
